Tatsumi Kuroko is Tetsuya Kuroko's stand in. No one knows much about her because Tatsumi is the twin sister of Tetsuya. Though, Akashi knows her well. Tatsumi lived in Germany since second year middle school. Ever since, she moved there. She became fluent in Japanese, English, and German. Tetsuya is fluent in Japanese and German. What happens if Tatsumi goes back to Japan?
