Meet Jade Whitlock: a 17 year old girl whose whole life has been filled with unfortunate events since she lost her family at the age of 9. Solitude and loneliness were her shadows for the past 8 years. But at the age of 17, she arrives at the town of Silver Crest for her senior year. In this town, things begin to change. Knowing nothing but to be on her own, Jade is surprised to find people that want to be in her life. But what surprises her the most, are the mysteries and the dark secrets this city holds. Friends turn to be nothing but strangers; and strangers appear to know her better than she does herself. Darkness seems to be leaking into Jade’s world, and that darkness is called Zander.
