In a world of peace and normal people, there is a group called the elementals. Split up into four groups, these people can control one of the four elements: water, earth, fire, and air. Mari is the last water elemental left after the fire group killed every other water. Or so they thought. Sohinki is also a water, and is on the run. When they run into each other, a friendship forms. Maybe something more.
