Chapter 1

Many years ago, a young and wealthy man named Lukas Bondevik discovered a mysterious puddle deep in the woods that glowed when there was no light to touch it. He felt drawn to it almost instanly when he woke up from a strange dream. Something--or someone--had been drawing near to Lukas in quite a similar way, but in a world that was very foreign to the one that he was used to.
