Ebony is in the library and meets a girl named Hesper in school one day. The two quickly become great friends, but as her daily routine starts she realizes many strange things about the school she goes to. How come there isn't any gum under the desk? Why are the shades always down? When was the last time I ate? Why don't my friends know their last names? Why are there only 7 students in the entire school?
