Katniss and Peeta are happily married with two kids, Willow and Rye. Prim was never in the Capital during the revolution, and Finnick never died. With President Snow gone, they thought they were safe and could live a happy life. But as President Snows grandaughter, Celestia, takes power, no one is safe.
