Angela O'Conner is Brian O'Conner's little sister. Brian doesn't know that Brielle is a street racer. At a race she meets Dominic Toretto who she falls deeply in love with. But, what Angela doesn't know is that Brian has to go to the underground world of street racing to convict the man she loves. What happens when Brian sees Angela at a race?? What would Angela do when she finds out her brother is trying to put the man she's in love with in jail?? But most importantly, What will Dominic do when he finds out his "friend" is a cop??
