As time goes on the Misty Mountains Pack's Alpha, Xenon Chase slowly loses hope in finding his mate and Luna to stand by him to rule his pack in peace. Many she-wolves tried to earn his affection through take that role away from when Xenon's mate does appear they would get rid of him/her.

On the day of Xenon's last day of hope at the age of 28 his mate, his other half finally crashes into his life. The feral/scared snow leopard slashes and growls at the wolves that surrounded it. Xenon has never seen anything more beautiful than his mate willing to fight for its life and what little territory it had.
