Alois had been in a coma for quite some time now, and Ciel was definitely to blame. After their 'duel', Alois had gone into a coma due to loss of blood, caused by a stab wound to the stomach. After Alois' first few days into his unintentional slumber, Ciel is beginning to have strange, thoughts and feeling about the situation. What first started as guilt, could turn to something more?
