Ema, 18 year old senior at West Brooks Highschool. Living in a society and going to a school, where she's constantly being criticized and bullied based on her dark skin and her size. Ema has to learn that confidence has to come from within, before being acknowledged by others. Ema thinks she's the most disgusting looking girl ever, and that NO one will ever see or understands her. That all changes when the new boy, Dwayne Paul comes into the school and TRIES to show her other wise. Will Ema let her insecurities ruin her chance at love and happiness? Or will she give love a chance..even though she still doubts it? Will she be ready, for that thing called "love"?
