Prologue: A Promise Never To Be Forgotten

When young Sagrian makes a Blood Rose promise to kill every member of the Sevailian royal family, he doesn't realize what he's gotten himself into. Upon meeting the royal family as a warrior from the allied kingdom Vailitoak, he begins to have strange emotions towards Prince Tanoako. Sagrian knows he can't break his promise and has to kill him, but he just can't. Will his emotions get in the way of what has to be done?
