Dr. Spencer Reid of the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit's daughter Kate Reid has been tortured and raped for over four days. She is stabbed by the UnSub and taken to the hospital only to find out a month later that she is pregnant. The FBI is faced with another gruesome crime again targeting Kate and her newborn baby.
