Swindler, a person who cheats others for money, using their emotions or career. They use a trick, to earn trust, so the victim realize the swindle when it's already to late and also, the police can't can't do anything, becuase everything seem legal.

Now this story is about a swindler, who cheat other swindlers and hand them over to the police, and about a police girl, who's fresh out of schooling. Just how more obvious can I get?
