It's Mike's birthday in November 13th, 1987, Friday! And his party is on his beloved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, with all the animatronics, including his hero Foxy!
The party goes on smoothly, just like how it was supposed to go, but then an accident of Foxy's responsibility transformed the birthday boy's day into an endless nightmare.
A nightmare Mike Schmidt would never forget.
Mike's head and Foxy's heart were hurt, with scars that would never heal.
