Ellouise is just turning 16 and she is madly in love with the stars. Ever since she was little, her and her family have planned to go to the planetarium and look at the stars, that was until the accident. Leaving her scarred and alone. On Elle's 16th birthday party she makes a wish, knowing it wouldn't come true but trying anyways. Little did she know that that one wish would change her life drastically. "Elle walked up to her room, after her failure of a birthday party thrown by Aunt Carol. She slumped onto her bed and let out a huge sigh. 'Why did you have to leave me like this' a small tear slowly fell down her cheek. She went out to the balcony and made a wish on a shooting star. 'I wish things would get better. I miss you mom and dad.' As she started to go inside a bright light blinded her and shook the house."
