Nola believes her life is over, her crackhead of a mother gave her and her younger sister away to her father. A serious change occurs in this process Nola is moved from Chicago to sunny Miami. During the summer they stay in a beautiful house on the beach with her fathers new wife and kids. Her new step sister Serenity literally hates her but being who she is she could care less.
