Chapter 1

Ellie Parkson is a 16 year old girl dealing with constant fighting at home with her mother. Ellie's Father left when she was 3 and she doesn't really remember him at all. There aren't any pictures of him, and she finds herself wanting to know that part of her.
Ellie has a hard life and try to get through it as best she can. She's mostly a loner besides her friends Lily and Aaron. What happens when a certain boy she meets in Target shows up at her school? Will they become friends or will her feeling of not being good enough get in their way? And who is the man following her around?
