It was simple really; the topic was to test out a theory of their choice. The only issue was that the partners weren’t on even grounds. But somehow, Hiro and Vanellope ended up taking on the challenge of the 36 questions to make you fall in love. They were pretty sure you got extra credit for proving theories wrong anyways.
