Peyton Henderson is more than depressed, she is miserable. She hates herself and questions life in general. She gets checked into a psychiatric center to help her with her problems. There she meets Luke Stevens. Now Luke is depressed also, but known as a major flirt and player. Peyton doesn't let anyone into her world nor feels comfortable enough with a guy. Will Peyton let Luke into her sad life? Will Peyton and Luke help each other with their problems or only make it worse?
