It's harder when you are afraid of your own powers. A mental disease brings out people's worst fears - and makes them reality. But they can control it. Somewhat. That deathly fear of heights? You can fly. Remember that time you almost drowned? You can now control water. And that isn't as 'cool' as it sounds. There's a new threat to humanity, a group Supers that have somehow gained their powers genetically - and aren't afraid. They are using their powers for evil.
