A collection of 30 short stories of various genres that has been written around phrases offered by Julia Proud's Twitter followers as challenges. From Dark Fantasy to Teen Fiction, these short stories vary greatly in genre but all aim to entertain and to spark the readers' imagination. www.challengetheproud.com is the official site of this event. Since the voting period has ended, votes have been tallied and out of these 30 short stories, one will be developed into a novel. The chosen story (by the majority of readers' votes) is: White Ninja. *These short stories can also be found among Julia Proud's Wattpad's publications, individually, but this collection will include the revised and improved versions of those stories.
