New place, old 'friends'

17 year old Hope Jane Hathlo, lives with her mom. She has been through a lot in the recent 5 years, but only her best friend Riley Scott, and her mother Linda Hathlo, know.

Then comes along Daniel Edward Johnson, mostly known as Danny, a trouble making, bad boy who plays just about every girl in a hundred mile radius of him. He has met Hope before, when they were 10, because his parents are close friends with her mother.
