Description
I first saw the wall of letters when I was fifteen, my freshman year of highschool. It wasn't like I hadn't seen anything like it before - there were alot of things that weren't exactly like that wall but alot like it, like that weird graffiti wall in my town - names, apologies, the works. It began when I was on a school trip to Verona, California. Being a small town guy from the deep south, it was truly a gift from God to be able to go across the country instead of going to a theme park in the same state. Needless to say I was ecstatic, and jumped at the opportunity. When we got to Verona, we were given little disposable cameras, legal notepads, and a literal fuckton of work to do. Then we were told to go free and write what we saw. It was a regular city until I saw the wall and met some weird guy named Lucien Wrett. That wall of letters was stuck in my head for the rest of my highschool career.
