Chapter 1: The Bet

One day Patty is sitting there with her dog, Sparrow, when she hears tires and a bark. Sparrow was hit, by R5' s tour bus. Riker rushes Sparrow to the vet while Patty is in shock. Patty has always had Sparrow, she can't imagine living without him. While helping Patty, Riker learns about loyalty, friendships, and most importantly relationships.
