Both 19 Kunikida and Dazai briefly meets eachother in a hotel, (I headcanon that Dazai went to multiple hotels to run from the Port Mafia and plus he's a womanizer, and that Kunikida was just in the same hotel because he was trying to continue his college but was way too far from his house) as they began to talk a bit. :> alot happens after though
