Prologue

"It's too hard," She cried, at her mother's headstone. "I wish you were here. Why? Why did that have to happen?"

She tried holding her tears in, "Why did he have to kill you?"

Her voice got lower with each word, "I need you."

That was in the past. Hinata is now in her final year of middle school while trying to protect her only family left. Somehow, it's easier said than done.
