A down-on-his-luck plumber who's just been diagnosed with a life-threatening disease and his brother enter a land filled with a new land, filled with a strange substance known only as Super Mushrooms. Together, Mario and Luigi start a criminal empire selling this substance in this twist-filled fanfiction.
