Vanessa was a well known student because she's always at the top she never have a time for relationship because her brothers forbidden her about it and never let's a man near her saying she's still a baby and we're still young for those, since Vanessa was there only girl siblings they took good care for her.

And since she got no time about relationships Vanessa become a top student no one can took her place at top. Until she met Kelvin and everything changed.
