Description
London, 2022. Thirteen-year-old Jamie spends most of his days scrolling - YouTube, TikTok, endless clips of men telling him how to be strong, how to be respected, how to make girls "want him." At first, it's harmless. Just advice. Motivation. Confidence. But the videos get darker. Louder. Meaner. And something inside Jamie starts to change. At school, he laughs when the other boys make jokes about girls. At home, he hides his screen when his mum walks past. He tells himself he's learning how the world really works - that emotions are weakness, and women are the enemy. By the time someone finally says no to him, Jamie isn't really there anymore. There's just the voice in his head - the one that's been whispering through the screen all along. In a city full of noise, one boy is listening to all the wrong things. And it's only getting darker.
