Chapter 1

Rose Maria has enough to worry about. Her love of books is considered abnormal, and the only man who wants to marry her is conceited, rude and self-involved. But when an enraged werewolf attacks her home, Rose decides to pursue the monster. When she is found and held by the werewolf as his prisoner, Rose feels that her life is over. But what could come of this? Could her time with this werewolf possibly bloom into something more than hatred? A Beauty and the Beast dark retelling, in the same time period.
