Upon the battlefield, tireless he fought, Against a mighty man, as fate's thread was caught. After fierce struggle, crushed by his might, His final breath fled into the night. At death's grim hour, his power transformed, Blending with immortality, newly formed. He lived again, in a different guise, In another dimension, under contrary skies. Countless existences, brief or long, All met the world's end, bitter and wrong. Trapped in a cycle that never would cease, He fought to unshackle his fate for release. Reborn again, he vowed to be free, To shatter the chains of his destiny. To halt the world's end became his creed, Its fall to prevent, his unwavering deed.
