Shay's life is complicated, his dad is abusive, his mom is an oblivious, hard worker. Shay has friends but no one really knows who he is, what he goes through, and why he's the way he is. Shay has gotten used to the fact that no one will care about him, and that no one will ever know who he really is when a group of new exchanged students come to his school. They take an interest in Shay, and no matter what Shay does they won't let him brush them off or ignore them, especially, who seems to be the leader Danny McNeil. One day he drags Shay to a party and Shay's life, from then on out, would forever be changed.
