In a near-future society, memories are commodities. People can buy skills, emotions, or experiences, while others might sell or lose their own memories for survival, profit, or coercion. But when a seasoned memory hunter-someone who recovers stolen memories and investigates memory crimes-uncovers a shadowy organization systematically erasing identities, they find themselves at the center of a web that threatens society itself.
