When 18 year old Brooklyn decided that she didn't want to go to college for real estate, let alone at all, her parents started drinking and pretty much disowned her. After graduation she left for their beach condo only to find out that the family they rent the house to has a VERY cute son that Brooke, may or may not think is cute herself.
