Prologue

(The main plot of this story is inspired by one of my favourite C-dramas; "The First Frost" and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did)

Once, they were everything to each other two-souls bound by something deeper than friendship.
Laughter, secrets, late-night promises.
People called them best friends.
But they were more,
And like most fragile, beautiful things, they shattered before they could become what they were meant to be.

Now, after four years of silence and scars, fate brings Euijoo and Teehi face to face again.
No longer who they were, yet still haunted by what was left unsaid.
The pain, the distance, the memories, the buried feelings-they all come rushing back.
And so does the question neither of them dared to ask:

What if?
