Jesse and Adrian have been married for two years now, their life is perfect together. the only thing missing is kids of their own. Adrian longs to start their own little family, it is the final piece in making their life complete. The only problem is deciding whether to adopt or finding a surrogate to carry their baby. After being turned down by the adoption agency and not being able to find a surrogate they begin to lose hope. Just when they are about to give up, Jane agrees to be their surrogate.
