Chapter 1: Foreverland

Avery Light has been abused from her father since she was five. Her aunt found her though, and took her to a therapy camp called Foreverland.

Avery is a person that just wants to live, and stop being jittery. She stutters most of her sentences, and most people don't notice her.

Besides Reece Macintyre, who sees something in the broken girl.

"Neither do people, I guess we're all scars..." He whispers

"Wanting a reason to heal." I finish for him.
