Rising Tides - Part I

Sixteen-year-old Kai Moreno looks like any other awkward teen trying to survive high school. That changes the day he nearly drowns and discovers he can manipulate water with his mind. As he begins to unravel the truth about himself, Kai learns he isn't alone. A secret organization called The Undertide is hunting kids like him-those born during a failed experimental wave-frequency test thirteen years ago who now possess aquatic abilities.

Kai must go into hiding, stay alive, and search for the others before The Undertide tracks them down. But as his powers grow, he begins to question everything. What if the greatest threat doesn't come from the enemy... but from within?
