Introduction

Alla is a young Fire dragon living in the Clan of Smoke Mountain. Alpa, the Queen of the Clan and Alla's grandmother, receives a prophecy from the Pixie, Petal. Petal claims that a unicorn, human, and dragon will join and travel together to save the universe and all its inhabitants. Faced with perilous clashes, starvation, and sheer panic, Alla, Orion, and Kate must complete their quest if they ever want to return to their families alive.
