Naruto actually have done something to Overhaul. She kill him to protect Eri. It make her part of her life dead after she did. Yet she had dragged to the dimension room. She was in a little trauma with have a blood on her hand. It can't help her situation when Konoha including Sasuke being there. Akane seem understand and warning them for not asked her until she recover from the trauma.
