Prologue

Legolas, Prince of the Woodland Realm and Sithiel, Princess of Rivendell are in love beyond compare. You cannot doubt their loyalty and love for each other. Being royalty their duties and obligations have kept them away from each other, but still their love remained strong. But now that Legolas has decided to be part of the Fellowship and accompany Frodo to destroy the one, evil ring, Sithiel is left behind only with the hope of seeing Legolas come back, alive. Will she be able to do it without him? Or will she fall into Sauron's deceiving lies and die of a broken heart? Could she wait for the love of her life or will she succumb to grief and loneliness and eventually, let go?
