Aurora has lived under the care of the High Warlocks for more than a decade and with their protection came her knowledge of the Magyk world that lay beyond her eyes. Deep within the forest lay nightmares and impossibilities intertwined by the Fates.

But when villages begin to crumble and a King rises above all, reigning terror among the people in Lamathia, messages are sent to the Warlocks pleading for their aid. Yet when a decision takes Aurora off guard, she finds herself running from beings who want slaves and soldiers. Workers and sufferers.
