"Be careful who you invite to your home, dear Prince. You may not find it as agreeable as you hope."

The strange woman in the wood draws Luka like no one else. He wants nothing more than to be close to her, but she is remarkably good at slipping out of his grasp. He's willing to do anything for her.

Mai can't help but enjoy the company of the handsome stranger in her own backyard, but he's always getting too close. She had been cast from the villages for a reason, one she would prefer he didn't know.

As they work through their strange feelings, a dark threat moves across the kingdom. Mai's secrets could come crashing down around her, and she can only hope Luka will survive to help her through this.
