Chapter One

Safir knew he should count himself lucky.

Making it out of a a war and a confrontation with the Dark Djinn mostly unscathed and whole hearted wasn't exactly something most people came out of alive. He's found himself a comfortable little niche with what's left of his senses. Stealing for a living wasn't pleasant, but he did what he had to and with good intentions at heart.

Safir knew he should've counted himself lucky, luckier still when he stumbles upon a rag tag group thinking they could take down the Dark Dijnn. They're crazy, he thinks, as he's somehow suckered into their little adventure of hope and determination.

With the promise of peace and love on the horizon, Safir counts himself more than lucky.
