Everyone says finding your mate is the best thing that can happen to you. You find your other half, the one thing that makes you complete. I think those people are wrong. Finding your mate is one of the worst things that can happen to you. I have no intention of finding my mate and will do everything in my power to avoid it.

For the past two years Grace has found ways to put off finding her mate, sick grandparents, broken bones, getting "lost". This year, she has no excuses. She has to attend the annual Summer Solstice Ball. Alpha's orders.
