Part 1: Awake

Just something I want to put out there:

The morning of Genevieve's sixteenth birthday didn't go as planned. Rather than awakening in her twin bed in the small apartment she lived in, she awoke in a hospital. A strange woman claiming to be her real mother was sitting at the foot of her bed.
But the supposed disease that had her comatose and dreaming for thirteen years is only the beginning.
