Chapter One

In a land of constriction and misery the girl Evelyn - being able to heal people through a mysterious ability - tries the little she can do to save people from the worst of suffering. When an unknown disease occurs on her sister, Evelyn is determined to save her - but a terrible and mysterious incident causes her to flee from the little of home she has.
In a twist of fate she joins a group of underclass medics whose goal it is to find a cure to that very illness. But the longer Evelyn searches for a cure, the more she uncovers truths about her own kingdom and family. . .
