A trouble maker decides to download twitter and give it her best shot!

This is gonna be the plot line of my status server basically I'm just writing it into a story, it is jjba and it will be a romance with Jotaro. This will NOT follow the anime plot.

Basically this is STARTING OFF as a chat/twitter fic. I will be diving into actually writing some as well for it. Maybe at some point it'll become a detailed story, but for now this will be the plot.
