Profile and love interest

The Tournament of Power has been long finished. In reward for entertaining both Zenos, the two decided to allow the teams to have a mock battle for fun and no punishment if they lost. Goku asked Zeno for a favor to allow another person to join his team. Zeno allowed it as they summoned the person Goku was referring to, but there was a problem. This person is no ordinary fighter but a deadly figure. This figure is beautiful yet fatal, as she manages to draw the attention of certain angels, supreme kais, and gods of destruction. But one question remains. Who is she, and how does Goku know her and even Zeno?
