Salutations

In the late 1940s and early 1950s, a young woman named Iyanni was determined to make her mark in a country ruled by Whites and built on the labour of Blacks. When she is summoned by Lady Princess Audrea of the Buckingham House to seduce her Persian-Indian fiancé, Iyanni is awestruck by the lavish lifestyle of the upper class-aristocrats and politicians whose lives are beautifully seasoned and buttered up. But the sight leaves a bitter taste. Determined to claim her share of the national cake, Iyanni resolves to take part in their world-by hook or by crook.
